Tasting Note: The Delicious Botrytised Chardonnay is a Late Harvest style which has generous botrytise character, peach, stone fruit and a splash of citrus. Botrytis can be Noble or rampant and uncontrollable. The Delicious is very much the Noble botrytis hence the the colour is restrained and the flavours are clean and linear. It is Delicious by name and delicious to taste – it will reward aging!
